Affiant is making a diplomatic complaint of maladministration in the Government of Jamaica’s blatant disregard to international human rights law of fundamental EQUALITY for all, which is secured and protected under the Universal Declaration of Human Rights Charter.

Affiant have sent several registered correspondences to the defacto queens governor general and Prime Minister, pertaining to his international INDIVIDUAL human rights to make an unprecedented indigenous identity claim under article 6 – human right to an identity, and have been denied the diplomatic privilege of legation (diplomatic relations, diplomatic intercourse), which is AGAINST
Article 20 (human right NOT to be COMPELLED to a bankrupt legal fiction - association),
Article 22 (human right to political self realization in global commerce, with national support - host government service corporation, and international co-operation - United Nations),
and Article 30 (human right to CHARGE any human being for political, intellectual, monetary or ecclesiastical destruction of any other human beings Universal human rights to a righteous self determination - human right to form own ecclesiastical self governance here on earth - 193 member nation states).

Affiant diplomatically claims UN representatives Ban Ki-Moon and Margaret Sekaggyia are in tacit allegiance (agreement by silence) WITH unrighteous IMF globalization policies (global Jesuit Supremacy Apostasy) and have been ignorantly IGNORING (tacit Violation) our unprecedented universal human rights claim to an indigenous identity (Ethiopian Noble), when the UN charter clearly states, ‘Universal Human Rights are of the GREATEST IMPORTANCE.
For how can any human government claim its legitimacy under international law, when ALL are still in VIOLATION of indigenous individuals’ international privileges (universal human rights) within their own commercial jurisdiction?
Affiant assured all party’s (Governor General, Prime Minister, Ban Ki-Moon, Margaret Sekaggyia) that ‘plausible deniability’ CANNOT be used as a political safeguard or legal remedy against international BREACHES, when we have the ONLY diplomatic remedy within our hand.
And finally, the Government of Jamaica does NOT have a competent national tribunal for human beings to seek diplomatic redress under Article 8 of international human rights law (UN charter).
Henceforth, as this universal T.R.U.T.H & RECONCILIATION Affidavit will politically show these four individuals to be in serious BREACH of the UN charter itself, and that Affiant is legally and lawfully justified for ‘interim measures – diplomatic immunity’ immediately, we peacefully request the fundamental prerequisites (universal Recognition) for our political dispensation from underneath global IMF Apostasy of today. For we KNOW that violation of international law carry stiff penalties of life in prison or death by execution.
Therefore Repent (turn away) from global IMF Apostasy and set us politically free today, and let us advance in t.r.u.t.h. & righteousness on our debt free diplomatic way,,,,,selah!
